Felt dismissed as if my appointment was annoying to her. She walked out of the room before my concerns were addressed.

I feel she was not listening to me, or cared about whats was happening to me.

I don’t know what these people are talking about who left negative reviews. Dr. Murthy has given me great advice, she responds quickly on FMH and overall is a great doctor. I’d recommend her 10/10

As someone who has worked in medical for ten years, I have been appalled by the dismissive care from this group while I had undergone severe health conditions. Dr. Sangeetha Murthy is legitimately interested in patients for a pay check. When it comes to serious health issues that require care and safety for her patients, this was not in my case. I was kicked to curb for getting assistance for disability when i was severely ill and no further follow up visits were scheduled to monitor after hospitalization from our first required visit. She does not review your medical records nor request them from hospitalizations as most Primarys do to properly treat and understand your patients illness. She misordered medication for a different diagnosis. She presents poor knowledge and experience with mental health and lacks compassion for those that suffer from it. DR Murthy is focused on her patients comfort, well being and dedicated to their overall health maintenance. Dr Murthy was recommended by me for the Guardian Angel recognition award and she deserves six stars!

She has been my PCP for 3 years now. Always been pleasant. I read some reviews here and it seems some had bad experience. I have to admit I rarely need to go to the doctor but the 4 times I've been in her office she was very nice. She is always quick to reply on followmyhealth as well.

Half of the things that you discussed during your visit won't come up in your medical documents but the rest of things where you answer to the questions she asks during a regular basic check up comes up as a separate visit and separate charge. Yes.That's a thing. She will charge you $$$ dollar to say that "one should be careful while exercising and say that was the treatment provided and should take regular intake of vitamins". Yes...so you pay for 2 visits/2 charges for one single visit for a common sense (information) which everyone knows by default. It like being charged to say "you should drink water if u don't want to b thrsty

Dr Murthy actually listened to my complaints and ordered the appropriate tests. It was my first visit with her.

Does not listen. No interest in hearing symptoms. No interest in diagnosing or treating. Acts like she is wants to be somewhere else and your visit must be interfering with her plans.

i visited her for lab test order which was done in lab. i received hefty fee bill. she is not a doctor but a opportunitist like businesswoman.I hope i never had to visit her again.

I had Dr. Murthy for several years. About three years ago I complained about hip pain. She repeatedly said it was nothing, told me to get on a bike, led me to the door, and charged me for the 10-minute visit way more than my $30 co-pay, always. At some point Dr. Murthy up sending me to the specialist because I pressed. I ended up getting surgery, both hips, right away. She never came to visit, nor recalled when I saw her next. No longer my doctor. I felt she never cared.

Dr. Murthy is a scammer. I went for annual check (covered by insurance) up there because they have easy appointment scheduling online. I paid my insurance co-pay. Today I received a bill of 415 USD for my free annual check up ( they also billed me for another visit on the same day - two visits in less than 10 min???) . The doctor is very lousy and the office is dirty and I should have known better. I will have to dispute this charge now and waste my time dealing with this matter.
