Office staff is rude, difficult, and unhelpful. They will put you with a nurse practitioner at the time of your appointment even after you’ve scheduled specifically with the doctor far in advance. Even the most basic medical information requests are difficult to obtain. They consistently get insurance information and billing codes wrong, and treat patients like they’re a burden.

My daughter has a learning disability and Dr. Gupta has always been so patient with her and lets her explain what is going on. She has been going to him since 2014 and he has kept up with her health problems. He is a very caring physician and always gets back to you in a timely manner when you call in his office.

An office visit with Doctor Gupta is meet with assurance that I am getting the very best care . This doctor takes the time to fully understand what is ailing. He thoroughly examines my concerns and offers a remedy to my problem. He offers sound advice for continued good health for my family. I first met Dr. Gupta as he cared for my father in a local nursing home. The staff explained he actually visited patients instead of simply following any suggestions they could make. Dr. Gupta takes time with office appointments-I am never upset if my wait time is 15-30 minutes as I know he is giving professional, medical care to another patient-as he does for me.
