Dr. Sanjay Malhotra, MD

my husband Sujit K Swar was a patient. He was regularly visiting Dr Malhotra for years . Sujit died while vacationing in Vancuever , Canada on 04252024 from a sudden cardiac arrest. Sujit was a very high risk patient for years. My question to Dr Malhotra was why Sujit was not told he was at very high risk for cardiac arrest ? Why he was not told to loose weight and exercise?Why Sujit was not told to have a defibrillator all the time ?

Dr Maholtra is very personable and showed an interest in my past medical history. He recommended a few tests to establish a current base line for our next visit. Very efficient and careful doctor.

I have had to wait for more than two hours at least twice. I have been put on hold once for 45 minutes, and once for 30. The worst thing, though, is that I went to the office for my appointment last week and found that they had MOVED without telling me - or another patient who had also arrived for a scheduled appointment! Who in the world does that? It’s so incredibly unprofessional! If they can’t be bothered to notify their own patients when their office is moving, what else they aren’t bothering to do that might compromise our health? Rest assured, I will be finding new cardiologist.

I’ve had a few appointments with Dr Malhotra. He is a wonderful doctor, who listens to your needs and will help you in any way possible. His Technicians are extremely efficient and make you feel at ease.

Dr Malhotra has been my cardiologist for the past 8 years. He is definitely a knowledgeable, caring, and skilled physician.

Dr. Malhotra is an excellent Dr. and I couldn't imagine going to anyone else for cardiac care.. He also keeps his appointment times so the wait time is minimal.

Dr. Malhotra saved my Husband's life from a massive heart attack and still looks after him 13 years later. He is thorough and understanding. He always listens and does not rush his patients out of the office. Wait times are never too long either. Myself and my family are so thankful for this man and would not trust anyone but him with our heart health. Thank you Doctor, because of you I have the love of my life at home with me and our kids where he belongs.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Malhotra for 15 years. He is the greatest. He is a no-nonsense doctor who knows his medicine. Not only that, he has a heart.
