Dr. Sanjeev Gupta, MD

I’m extremely disappointed and disturbed by the experience my husband had with Dr. Gupta. He was sent to the hospital for kidney stones, which required surgery. Dr. Gupta performed the procedure, and the only time we saw him during that hospital stay was on the day of surgery.At a follow-up visit, my husband was instructed to complete a urinalysis to check on his kidney health. When he returned for the results—after paying cash for the appointment—the front desk could not locate his chart. They repeatedly asked for his date of birth, only to realize after 30 minutes that it had been entered incorrectly in their system.When he was finally seen, Dr. Gupta briefly stated that his potassium and uric acid levels were high and advised him to stop eating red meat. My husband explained that he maintains a healthy diet and rarely eats red meat. Rather than asking further questions or offering any real guidance, Dr. Gupta asked, “What nationality are you?” When my husband said he was Puerto

He and his staff was very helpful Friendly and you need a little patience because he offices are very busy ... Because he's a very good doctor ... I moved away or else I would still be with Dr Gupta ... Great doctors mean busy office ... so read some of the great material he has to offer in the waiting room or relax in your car and they will text you ... Thanks again

My son has been with Dr Gupta for many years. He is caring & compassionate. But....whoever does, or is told to do the scheduling should be fired. There has never been a time when my son has waited less than one hr only to be brought into the examining rm to wait another 15/20 min. My daughter now is needing a urologist but will not/cannot sit or stand for any length of time so will looking to go elsewhere. So as a warning, be prepared to be in the waiting rm for anywhere from one to 2 hrs plus.

I would highly recommend him for a consultation to anyone who needs a urologist!

I had 2 kidney stones removal surgeries with Dr. Gupta. He is an excellent Doctor and answered all my text messages.I had no issues with my surgeries. The office staff are friendly. I greatly recommend him.

I had a 4MM kidney stone removed in March due to the fact it was lodged and infected. My xray also showed 2 stones on the opposite side. Once released from the hospital I went to my urologist and when she read the xray it was revealed to me that one of the stones was 5MM. MUCH TOO BIG TO PASS!!! Dr. Gupta never came to my room while in the hospital or told me of the large stone which will have to be blasted out. I am not happy with his lack of communication

Part 2. Several of the staff were very arrogant, they did not listen to your questions and would send you to the hospital to get your answers. We have never been treated so poorly. I do not think Dr. Gupta has any idea how difficult it is to deal with his office. The run arounds take days to get answers. On the contrary, when calling another doctor's office and asking similar questions, I had such ease in getting the answers. I spoke to an actual person from the doctor’s office who listened and got me to a medical assistant who understood my inquiry, then spoke to the doctor and got an answer within 2 hours as they said they would. This made me realize why there is no need to ever call back Dr Gupta's office again. I told the doctor’s assistant that we had made the decision to move on and asked if he wanted to know why. Once I started to explain, he again brushed off the phone and said we were the problem. If you want to feel frustrated, call their office.

Horrible! Stay clear of him and his staff.

My first visit was a heart warming experience . Doctor and staff was very courteous. Listen to my concerns and gives professional advise. Highly recommended. Must say it’s a busy office.

Went in for an appointment on time early in the morning on a weekday. Filled some paper forms and waited almost 2 hrs until patience ran out. Asked for refund since they charged me before calling me in to see the doc. The waiting room is hella crowded, unbelievable in this pandemic especially since most of the patients comprise of ‘at risk’ population. One would think that with multiple physicians in the office they’d have the common sense to not schedule so many patients at the same time. There isn’t space to practice social distancing with 15-20 people occupying the waiting room. One receptionist for all of the multiple practices and the poor lady was hunched over her computer at the desk for the entire duration of 2hrs I was there. Highly inefficient office. I left without being seen and am never going back.

It was a pleasure considering the circumstances.

Dr Gupta himself is personable and knowledgeable but how the office is managed is simply below par . Often the small waiting room is so crowded that people have to stand. Multiple patients are scheduled for the same time appointment ,test results are not called in as the expectation is that you follow up yourself . Dr Gupta is responsive to his text but he spends very little time with patients and makes very quick but often correct diagnosis . If he manages to improve the office, it would be a great practice

Dr. Gupta and staff are excellent. They are courteous, professional and experienced. I had a pain-free in-office procedure performed and all went very well. Definitely would recommend.

Best treatment possible

HE IS THE MOST CARING DOCTOR I HAVE COME ACROSS, AND THE STAFF ALSO IS EXTREMELY CARING AND EFFICIENT, I JUST CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT ALL OF THEM. I HAD SURGERY DONE AND THE WHOLE PROCEDURE WAS EXCELLENT.

Dirty office. 20 year old decor. Owner didnt put a cent into this office.Dirty bathroom. Dr. Gupta was rude, nasty, condescending, flip, confrontational. DONT GO TO THIS FILTHY OFFICE AND NASTY DOC.

Cool new patient exam , no patient intake forms to fill out ! No medical history required, no medications list required , no vital signs needed, palpates my bladder , gives diagnosis and medication with no explanation. You won’t be with him for long , ten minuets maxim. Your insurance will be billed for 20-30 minuets because that is the law for New Patient intermediate , 20 minuets, New patient complete , 30 minuets. He gets paid full payment for half the time ! He wins , patient and ins loose!

Terrible service, I scheduled for an appointment and couldn't make it for the vasectomy so had to reschedule. Second time I was on schedule and the doctor had to cancel because he wasn't there. Then the third time something else came up and now they don't want to see me at all. Most places would just charge a fee for missing the appointment but for them not to want to see me at all because I missed two appointments is unprofessional. Have a little business sense. Just charge a fee for missing

I visited this office for the first time 6-15-18.I dealt with 5 different people including Dr.Gupta and everyone was friendly and upbeat.This place was a breath of fresh air.I wish all my other Dr offices were like this one.
