staff booked me for the wrong procedure the doctor scheduled me for an endoscopy, but the staff booked me for a colonoscopy. i knew nothing about it until i was going into the procedure room at the medical center and the nurses were confirming i was there for a colonoscopy. i waited two hours and my wife and i had both taken personal days for this preventative procedure. the staff showed no remorse or empathy for the situation and asked only when i would like to reschedule the procedure. not sure why anyone would want to be a patient of a dr who's staff treats patients like this.

The doctor was over an hour Late to our appt, and when I finally did meet him he was quick and impersonal. The most disappointing part is that I have been waiting for a call with my results, they never called me to tell me they are in (I had to call office to inquire). When I called I was told they aren’t in, but I’ll have to make an appointment anyway to get them. Then a few minutes later they called me back to tell me that they ARE in, but proceeded to tell me they won’t share them with me until I make an appointment. It seems like they are more interested in collecting insurance co-pays.

This man was in no mood when we walked into the room. I brought my 86yr old mother who could not hear him, thankfully she couldn’t hear. He was the rudest person I have ever met. He did not care to hear her aches and pains. He treated her as if she was crazy, thank god I was in the room. I have never experienced a doc appt that was this horrible. He left us speechless with his manner. He should not be permitted to treat patients. My mother repeated herself and he was so mean to her for that. What doc does that? She’s 86 ! I had to repeat to her what he was telling her and that seemed to bother him too. I will take this complaint further on the person as he should not treat patients this way. Do not waste your time seeing him, he was NO help, the hospital should look into all of the negative responses about him. Truly unbelievable how he made us feel. I would expect a response to this so I can discuss further.

My husband was recently released from the hospital and referred to Dr. Nayyar. During the visit the Dr. apologized for not having time to review his files/bloodwork/x-rays etc. and would get back to him within a day or two to review next steps. When calling a few days later, we were told the Dr. was on vacation. Three weeks later and still nothing. When I call the office today, the secretary told me she will give him the message but doesn’t know when I should receive a call back. Absolutely unprofessional, especially in this line of work.

Professional staff, nice office, Dr. Nayyar doesn't rush with his patients. He's a very thorough and dedicated doctor.

Dr. Nayyar is an experienced,caring medical doctor. The office staffs are excellent. I really like the clean and beautiful clinic enviornment.

Dr. Nayyar is a blessing to the medical profession. He truly takes the time to listen and answer all your questions. He makes you feel as though you are his only patient, and he makes himself available to you whenever he is available. Highly recommend.
