Dr answered all my questions, very pleasant person & I left informed & feeling positive

Dr. Tivakaran seemed attentive at my first visit, my husband was with me and he was informative and helpful. I had an MRI and they never called so I called and was told that he had closed me out as a patient since I didn’t get an MRI and I said yes I did on the date. Oh wow sorry okay let us check on that oops the computer messed up we have a new system…..I return 2 more times and there was always a problem. Each time I tried to ask a question he shushed as he was having difficulty with the new computer system, he then dictated I was a poor communicator. It’s hard to communicate when you are not permitted to speak.

Great visit! I appreciate Dr. T’s attention to detail and the amount of time he took explaining each part the exam.

The Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr Tivakaran is knowledgeable and he talks on your level. His exams are thorough and he takes time, listens, and answers your questions. A great Neurologist aka Seizure Doctor.

Dr. Tivakaran and his staff were awesome. Although a nerve test is quite painful they made it as pleasant as possible. I was always kept informed of what was going on. Dr. Tivakaran answered every question I asked and was very gentle. He is what all doctors should strive for, a healer.

I was told what I needed to do to be able to use the C pack that I’m going to use.

I saw him for several years and tried to be heard. I have multiple complex conditions that I see other specialists for. He only upped meds I was on before I saw him, and refused to treat me otherwise because quote, 'I'm scared of your (insert condition)' I told him I wanted to try treatments, but he wouldn't. I told him numerous times about concerns regarding non-photogenic seizures but he wouldn't run the appropriate tests, I told him I was concerned about other neurological issues and was brushed off, told I was overreacting, and didn't need further testing. I've spent the last year and a half bed bound and am losing mobility in my legs. I'm scrambling to find a neurologist who will take me on as a patient because I'm so complicated they don't want me. I'm leaving this, not because I'm angry, but because I don't want anyone else to feel as small and unheard as I did in his office. He's a fine doctor if you're an easy patient; if you have complex issues, he's not the doctor for you.

He was confident and knowledgeable of my condition. His examinations provided accurate diagnoses which led him to prescribe the appropriate medication and treatment. His skills and expertise have resulted in a noticeable improvement of my health.

Dr. Tivakaran is so professional, thorough, and considerate. He does not rush through my visit or talk down to me. I would recommend him to everyone with neuropathy.

The doctor knew his business, got straight to business and was straight forward with his anlysis!
