Extremely Unprofessional
While observing him, his effort is spent belittling his staff of residents, instead of the patient. I watched him insult his employee for his voice and posture. He is in charge of the pediatrics clinic, where I have observed him scream at his staff to charge insurance for procedures not performed. It is apparent he became a doctor to make up for his insecurities, but the job does not fix that. I do feel bad for him though; no friends, no hair, angry all the time. I feel badly for his family.

No Respect
While I was in the waiting room at the clinic, I viewed Dr. Patel state to the police: “oh, don’t worry about him, he is nobody.” Referring to the security guard. Then, those poor doctors that work for him: those residents take an emotional beating every time I observe him interacting with them. I also waited almost 3 hours at some high risk clinic he tells me to come to. The worst part is on one occasion, my husband brought my children to see him. He stated he speaks no English. This doctor completely disregarded the repeated attempts to inform him that my husband could not understand, and spoke to him in English. I could hear another doctor using some interpreter in the next room. Maybe that is a VIP service?
