I REALLY LIKED THE NURSE WE SAW THE FIRST TIME WE SAW THIS Dr.. HE seemed nice. None of the others were nice or made one feel tha cared. My husband could not her well enough to hear important things they told him. I tried to go in with him the second visit and I would say I felt like the nurse shopved me back, though she never touched me. When he came for his procedures, I never heard one good morning or wjatever and not one smile. When my husband woke from his procedure, the black nurse stuck her head in the waiting room and said, "Mrs. Nelson, Your husand is awake. Come and dress him. He has to be dressed on the bed, he can not stand to dress." My husband is 90 and I am 89. I have lots of pain in my back, etc. It was very difficult for us as he did not have the strength to raise his buttocks from the cot. she came in with the wheel chair and told him to get in. She did manage to adjust his feet I am ure she is usually a nice person, but she was cold to me. Perhaps, she didn't lik

Dr Quaicoe and his staff are most likely one of the highest quality level of care that I have seen in many years. I enjoy that the office, however extremely clean, it is not your typical doctor facility. He is a simple man, easy to talk with and ready to talk with specific details. I am a Veteran sent to him by VA and I am actually thankful they did.

I haven't seen Dr. Quacoe in several years due to insurance issues. Insurance issues resolved so the first thing I do is schedule an appointment. He listened to my medical issue, suggested several avenues of therapy and I chose one suggestion. Best relief I had in years. As for the staff, hope they're the same staff because they were very professional and I was treated as I should, a patient in need of a doctor. Dr. Quaicoe has the expertise to treat my problem so that is why I'm returning for treatment.

No!! We took my mother for her injections for pain and because I asked to see the Dr, his staff treated me ridiculously rude!! My brother and I had questions for Dr Quaico about his treatments but we had already decided with a nurse to let him go ahead and inject her since he couldn’t see us until the next follow up, when all of a sudden a nurse comes out practically yelling telling us to come get her because they were NOT doing the treatment. I had never experienced such unprofessionalism!!

Female staff answering the phone is NOT courteous; she is evasive and refuses to seek Office Manager's guidance.
