I recently underwent a prolonged hospitalization under the care of Dr. Santiago Alvarez Arango, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care I received. .First time when he came to evaluate me in Burn ICU unit,I was laying down in despair with my both arms wrapped up ,scariest moments of my life wether I would ever get functionality of my hands /arms back or not.Dr.Arango brought the positive energy in that room of grief and sorrow. Dr. Arango’s compassion and kindness were evident from the beginning. During my time in the hospital, he went above and beyond by visiting me multiple times, providing reassurance, and consistently displaying a genuine concern for my well-being. His extensive knowledge and experience were evident in the clarity and logic of the treatment plans he devised. Each step was explained thoroughly, making me feel involved and informed about my own healthcare journey.
