It is so sad what has happened to Dr. Morales. He used to be a great doctor with a great private practice. But I guess it wasn't enough for him. He is now part of mycaremedical which I guess only wants to take Medicare. They won't even accept cash. Its really bad how you dumped all of your patients without any type of notice. What kind of Doctor or Company does that. What a disgrace. A persons reputation should be something to be proud of but I guess the money got to you. You needed to make more. Additionally you should work on getting better office staff. Besides George who is amazing everyone else is rude and unfeeling. I hope you realize what you lost, but probably not because you are making more money know.

I have been Dr Morales patient for about 20 Year’s. My husband, cousin and husband, her daughter and husband and my aunt and daughter all go to him. Dr morales is a very good Dr. He has helped us all for years. Since he has been with IMA things are not the same. I had a mix up with my blood pressure medication, thinking I had a extra month. I called to make a appointment with Dr Morales as a self pay but was told they don’t take self pays. I left a message for George the office mgr and explained I don’t have insurance and am out of Blood pressure medication. I then went to the pharmacy to see why there wasn’t a month left. The pharmacy called Dr Morales office and the office told the pharmacy I was no longer a patient. So after 20 Year’s I’ve been left with 5 days of Blood pressure medication during a pandemic.

I have been seeing Dr. Morales for over 16 years now and I have always been a self pay patient. I have waited for a few months to get into see him and the day before my appointment one of his rude staff called me and told me that since I am a self pay that I need to find another doctor cause they DO NOT ACCEPT SELF PAY anymore. I wish that they didn't wait until the last minute to call. and what doctor doesn't accept cash, there are plenty of patients that do not have insurance and are self pay, I guess that he doesn't really care for his patients like he use to and he only cares to line his own pockets

I have always given Dr. Morales five stars but after being treated as I was one star is too much. I went to him for twenty two years and one day they cancelled my appointment then another and even one from the new Dr. Finally I was told I would have to wait a year for an appointment. What Doctor does that? I now have a new Doctor Happy with him but also miss Dr. Morales.

Dr. Morales is imo one of the best primary care physicians around. He knows a LOT, is well-intentioned, listens respectfully, understands the issues, and uses solid good judgment. He doesn't ramp things up unnecessarily. I was referred to him 3 years ago by a family friend who is an M.D.. His office staff means well and does their best for patients. There was a brief period of disorganization when the practice moved to a different office building.....but for months now its been smooth-sailing again.

I have seen the doctor a few times now. He's remarkably knowledgable across the board, so I certainly trust that he knows when it's important to send me to a specialist. He listens well and explains matters thoroughly. I also like his staff that's very responsive to patient needs, This doctor and office definitely deserve very good to excellent ratings, in my opinion.

I have been to this clinic 3 times and have never seen the doctor.....Always assigned to PA....and that has been fine because she is very capable.....BUT patients go to a particular office because of the doctor......Usually. The doctor may be good....the PA is good but the staff just cannot carry out something as simple as getting a referral in 5(five) weeks. Or send a prescription to the correct pharmacy......Looking for a new PC.

The new office in Palm Harbor is absolutely horrible. Very poor customer service if you even get to talk to someone in the office itself. It's a shame because Dr. Morales is a wonderful doctor but this is not a change for the better for his practice. This is the 2nd time I have had difficulty getting through and then getting information. Trying to change an appointment took an enormous amount of time due to the young man not listening nor understanding what I was asking. Very disappointing

Office staff is uncaring and difficult to work with. My insurance company called them for a referral because I was in severe pain and office manager refused to give a referral until they could see me first. Knowing I was in severe pain the office manager offered me an appointment for an entire month from now!!

Dr. Santiago Morales has been my primary care physician for over one year now, and during my time as a patient in his office I have approximately 15 appointments. This doctor's professionalism, overall knowledge of healthcare, and reliability has made Dr. Morales of the top most reputable physicians I have ever visited, and I plan to extend my business within his office for as long as possible.

I am a new patient of Dr Morales and am extremely satisfied with the Dr. and his staff. Very short wait time for both of my visits. He is open to discussing issues, answers my questions and gives me options and insight into my care. I never feel like I'm being rushed out of the office - by far the best doctor I've ever had. Have already recommended to family and 3 have switched to Dr. Morales.
