Dr Pacheco has no customer service manners. Nasty on the way he talks to his patients. No helpful providing information to the family members. I switched my mother to a different doctor right away once I saw how bad he is. Please don’t go to Dr Pacheco

This is the worst office I have ever seen. My mother came to this place believing that this was her doctor and gave them all her information, instead of telling her that they were not her doctor they changed her plan so that they could see her, while my mother was waiting, she asked why they took so long And, the office worker yelled at my mom so loudly that one of the patients who was there stood up and told her not to yell at an old woman. After that my mother had to go to the emergency room and they recommended that she contact her doctor for a follow up, I called the doctor to ask him why he did not do the medical tests to prevent her It will end in the emergency room, the doctor's answer was here, problem patients are not taken, go to another doctor and he hung up the phone. I had to wait until the beginning of the following month to be able to change her. What would happen if my mother died due to lack of medical attention?

HORRIBLE! Upon my first visit to this office I had an ongoing health issue and needed a referral to a specialist, I was hurried along and then waited two weeks for my referral only to call my health group wondering where it was- IT WAS NEVER SUBMITTED. When I called his office and asked that he submit it and request that it be marked it as high urgency (because I had been experiencing symptoms for sometime now, and he forgot in the first place) again I was rushed off the phone and he said he would handle it. When I called my health group again two days later it was not marked as a high priority and they told me it would take up to two weeks to get my referral. When I called the doctor again asking him to resubmit it, he yelled at me over the phone and hung up on me telling me to be patient. If I wasn’t dealing with my own health concerns I would’ve went back there and spit on him. Avoid at all costs, save yourself a waste of time

This doctor is very rude to his patients. If you need medical care, I would look elsewhere.

I've been to many clinics before and I highly recommend Dr. Pacheco. He has two convenient locations that are nice and clean. Don't let some of the fake reviews fool you, this doctor is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I don't have the type of personality where the world revolves around me and I believe that everything should stop just to serve me like most of the people that leave bad reviews. I understand how stressful it must be to be a doctor so I appreciate the healthcare that given here

Very uneducated, no manners. Verbally abusive. Rude. Hung up on me & told me he was busy when I called to follow up on his own recommendation to a specialist referral (waited 2 mos. never got the referral). Would not refill prescriptions that he prescribed. Rushed, weird, & I am in complete awe that someone like him is allowed to practice. As an office dirty & unorganized. He himself does everything (answers phones, draws blood, schedules acts as the nurse etc. Does not take your temp or blood.

The worst experienced of my life. I have never being treated the way i was treated here in this clinic. I was screamed by the receptionist and threatened by him that if i did not leave and wait for that doctor to call me he was going to call the police. The receptionist kept ignoring me by leaving to the back for him not to see. I told him i really needed this medical records. I was ignored by the nurse too I said hi and and she did not even respond to me.Awful place. Zero stars
