Dr. Sapan Bindal, MD

I had an amazing experience today, everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed to want to see me get better and find answers for my visit. It was my first time ever seeing this doctor and visiting this practice, but this is where I’ll be going from now on. I can’t sing their praises enough.

I have recently moved to Mansfield area and have had a lot of trouble finding doctors offices taking new patients. Im glad I found Dr Bindal's practice. They are not only accepting new patients but there appointments are not months out. Able to get you in the same day if you need a sick visit. Dr Bindal himself is very thorough, caring and knowledgeable as a pcp. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to switch or new in the area.

I was in excruciating pain, made an appointment, arrived on time, paid the deductible, and with no other patients in the office waited for 40 minutes by myself and never saw the Dr. I left to find a Dr. who cares.

Long waiting, 1 hour outside and 1.5 hours inside the room. The doctor was rude and never said sorry for making me wait that long. The doctor didn't address all my problems. I never go back.

Please read this review! If I could give 0 stars I would. This doctor is not worth your time or your money. I went in for an appointment to discuss hormone therapy and needed to get some prescriptions for blood pressure and anxiety meds that I've been on for years. Because I was in between doctors waiting on my appointment with Dr. Bindal, I had run out of both and really needed to get back on them. I was told Bindal (who is a GENERAL PRACTITIONER) would NOT discuss refilling blood pressure and anxiety medication because I would need a SEPARATE doctor's appointment for that. It's their "protocol" because I only paid for a certain amount of time with the doctor and that only allowed him to discuss one thing with me. Dr. Bindal was in the room with me for 10-15 MINUTES just to tell me about what future appointments I would need. The bill I received from his office showed an office visit charge of $894, before insurance. With insurance, I was charged $455 for a pointless visit!

Great doctor and staff! Same day visits. I have found my new family doctor.

Dr. Bindal is amazing, trustworthy, caring and encouraging when it comes to your health I have never meet any other MD who takes the time to listen to there patients they way he does. Excellent experience he will not disappoint. ??? Office is neat and staff is great!
