Dr. Sara Ali, MD

After having a quick mammogram and sonogram at Lenox Hill Radiology in Freeport, I received an abnormal report stating I had 2 suspicious areas on my right breast and a recommendation for a needle biopsy. After providing my baseline images, Dr. Ali once again gave me an abnormal report stating a suspicious area on right and now added that a mass had grown in size on the left. After making an appointment with another in-house imaging center, and a 45 minute diagnostic sonogram, the tech discovered that the measurements Dr. Ali stated on report were not consistent. Next the doctor came in to provide another sonogram, showing me the left mass Dr. Ali reported larger was still the same size as my baseline. The right suspicious areas she reported was actually nothing more than dense tissue. Either Dr. Ali was looking at another patient's images, can't measure, or does not know difference between mass and tissue. Her rushed and incorrect report cost me a whole lot.
