Dr. Brown treated me for chronic tendinitis over several months. She always listened to me- to what I said and what I did not. She believed me when I said I was in pain which was rare for me at the time and therefore hugely validating. She explained all of my treatment options and let me choose. She even took my warning of vasovagal response to major injections seriously and had me lie down before the shots. I did not realize how absurd it was that no doctor had done that for me before. I did pass out and was relieved to see Dr. Brown's face when I came to. After many months, Dr. Brown admitted she was out of ideas, that surgery was all that was left. She referred me to the BEST surgeon in Chicago even though he is outside of the medical group. Similarly, she referred me to a specific Physical Therapist based on my physical needs and knowing we would get along great as humans. Dr. Brown is the best. When my tendinitis inevitably returns, Dr. Brown will be getting a call.

Dr. Brown has been taking excellent care of myself and my patients over the past ten years. As a busy chiropractor in the city, it's important to have an MD to refer to who is great with internal health issues as well as sports medicine injuries. I highly recommend giving her office a call!

Fantastic! I have been seeing Dr. Brown for a couple months after a muscle tear. She is very respectful of me and she really listens. She made sure that I followed up my injury with imaging and I ended up having DVT's. She is very reassuring in getting me past this scary diagnosis.
