Dr. Jurek took the time to truly listen and made me feel like more than just a patient—she treated me like an athlete. She carefully reviewed my MRIs and created a clear plan to fix my rotator cuff, explaining everything with honesty and encouragement. What meant the most was that she could relate—she’s a trail runner too—so she understood my goals and said her mission is to get me back out doing what I love. Her PA was also amazing—engaged, caring, and genuinely interested in my injury and expectations. I felt completely supported and in great hands. Highly recommend!

She immediately understood and addressed my issue. She was friendly and thoughtful. She also reached out to another provider who could assist me with my additional needs that same day. Very pleased I didn't have to come back for a separate visit.

I saw Dr. Jurek after rotator cuff and bicep tendon issues returned. I had a Bankart Repair done in the 80s after college sports injuries. I had a rotator cuff/bicep tendon repair done in 2010. Shoulder was still bothering me. Had another MRI done, 80% rotator cuff tear and bicep tendon torn or detached- possibly completely. Searched for new orthopedic. Found Dr. Jurek on line. Appreciated her website that provided meaningful information on options, recovery, what to expect, etc. More than just where she went to school and her credentials, although that is impressive and important. Her site provided some insight into her interests-I felt I was able to know a bit about her personally on her website. That helps develop trust. Had a second opinion consult and was convinced she has the experience and skills to address my complicated shoulder issued. Her demeanor and patient interaction is excellent, and breaks through COVID limitations! There is NO ONE I would go to other than Dr. Jurek!

Coming up on two years in october 2020 with a total replacement left shoulder, reverse prosthesis. The pain has not gone away yet (still waiting) All the nerve test came up good and had been told everything was normal. BUT i still had pain and sometimes takes me to my knees in tears. All the meat and muscle has slid down on my bicep leaving a popeye bulge where my muscle use to be. Nothing is on my shoulder but bone. Sleeping at night has me in pain and CBD helps but only for a short time. with all said and done out of my wifes two replacements Dr. Jurek and mine, one out of three is not bad odds of being a success. I wish i was dealing with the pain i had before the surgery that i knew how to control. Dr. Jurek is a caring person and maybe a good surgeon but i can not say the best. Should have been more attentive of the problem and fixed it, rather then to search for other problems that never were. I hope people get to read this and not deleted.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY. I’m a very recent patient. She and her medical assistant are a terrific team. Dr. Jurek really knows what she’s doing and is the top of the heap! She has great training and lots of experience. She went out of her way to help me and set my mi d at ease. I’m still recovering: I’m feeling great and certain I will have a great outcome. She’s prompt, office is pleasant and very little wait. Very accommodating.

Dr. Jurek operated on my right knee in 2016 and after a few weeks, I could not believe how much better it was. I had a "humongous" tear in my meniscus and today, I can do anything I want. I may need surgery on my left knee soon and I will demand Dr. Jurek performs the surgery. She is AWESOME!
