Condescending and will rush out of the office.
She was condescending and was very eager to end our visit. No real concern or bother to help me.

Doesn't Seem to Care
I've been going to Dr. Khaja for three or four years and each time the experience just degraded. Her idea of a physical is, 'I'm going to the do the bare minimum here.' Never looks up from the computer screen and even after years of sharing that I have insomnia, she offers no thoughts or ideas on different ways of combating it, instead telling me to keep doing what I'm doing, which is switching between two medications at night followed by a Nyquil shot. She's tried ordering expensive tests without taking even a minute to explain what they were for or, depending on the results, what the treatment would be. I've shared my concerns with Trihealth and it just falls on deaf ears. I'm done, need to find a physician that will talk to me and actually TOUCH ME during a physical!

Do NOT recommend
Sara Khaja was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. She is not invested in actually caring for people. She reads from a screen, and ignores you when you’re talking. She did not make eye contact or look up from her screen once the entire visit. She completely dismisses any questions or concerns you have and has a very unfriendly demeanor. I could tolerate a doctor that wasn’t exactly personable if they were actually a good doctor. This doctor and frankly entire office is very low tier. You can do better. I promise.

Dr. Kajah accommodated seeing myself as well as my 3 children on the same day for new patient appointment. She was extremely understanding and interactive with the children. Did not push us to get the flu vaccine, however asked and we all got it because I wanted us to have it. Since our first visit she has been accommodating to my needs during this pandemic with deaths in the family and starting me on medication at my request. We very much like her and the staff we saw the day we came in we’re also top notch.

Dr Kajah was on call, she saw my wife’s message at 1:30 and did not respond till after 6, we’re in the middle of a virus outbreak and my wife has a low fever, coughing and respiratory problems, she also works in healthcare and Dr Kajah totally blew her off and told her to take a steroid and rest and HUNG up on her. This is totally unprofessional and unwarranted from a Dr in this time of crises and I hope to never deal with her again.

Knowledge… Dr. Khaja a residency student that is masquerading as a doctor. It is my belief that she has a tepid understanding of physiology. It is my observation that she has a knowledge equivalency of a person with average intelligence that knows how to use the internet as a tool and not for entertainment. She is a drug and vaccine pusher and is very ignorant to many medicinal practices and studies that have occurred in Europe and Asia, especially concerning vaccine damage, EMF damage (i.e., radiation that comes from cellular and other wireless devices), and the deleterious effects of psycho-pharmaceutical drugs on the brain and the body. Understanding… Dr. Khaja is very curt and it is not a "cultural" difference. She can be patronizing and makes grandiose conjectures without knowing my family or myself (as individuals). Dr. Khaja’s dogma is the fallacy of technocracy and pharmaceuticals. For my family and myself, it is blatantly apparent that if you are elderly or have an

We found the doctor to be arrogant and condescending to my elderly mother. She would not raise her voice to accommodate my hearing impaired mother. She was short, snippy and did not take the time to listen to my mothers concerns.

Dr. Khaja is great! She has excellent bed side manner, she truly takes the time to listen. I can admit that I can be rather anxious and she has personally called me to listen to my concerns.
