Dr. Wiley is wonderful. My kids adore her and she always takes the time to explain everything and make sure all of my questions are answered. Sometimes that means we may wait a little while but I rarely wait longer than 15 minutes. I would recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a smart, thoughtful and patient pediatrician. Her staff is wonderful, also!

We love Dr. Wiley. She is thorough, caring, and knowledgeable. My only beef with her is the wait time, but I think it is because she does take her time with each patient. Still, I think some better time management or scheduling practices would remedy this. It is very frustrating. Love the doctor, though.

Doctor is continually passive aggressive. She made me feel bad for bringing in my sick baby ( as if it was an inconvenience). I had the first appointment of the day and arrived early.

Doctor is often rushed. Routinely kept waiting for an hour to see her, which is difficult with a small child or infant. When we have needed to put in a call to the nurse, we have sometimes had to call back multiple times in order to receive a response. The doctor has at times made us feel badly about bringing our child in.
