I have visited doctor Alla with breast pain, she has recommended, mammogram and ultrasound by saying that I have some symptoms. I went to bright light radiology and got my mammogram and ultrasound done after that the radiologist suggested a biopsy to be done.I got it done on May 21st. I got my results on May 25th and the same has been faxed to dr alla’s office. Unfortunately I did not get any follow up call from there end. I tried to reach there office and the receptionist says that dr Alla is out of office and once she comes , she will review the results and call me but I dint get any call back, today on June 1st I called them again to check but I got the same answer from the receptionist. I am very unhappy with the response. As a patient, I am getting anxious and not understanding how to manage my pain. The reason to visit doctor is to get diagnosed and get proper medication, I have not been given any medication and she has got worst staff ever who never follow up with us.

Waited over an hour and 15 minutes. Called back and Dr. Alla did not listen to concerns or help in the slightest. She was not comforting or even receptive to what I was saying. Tried to push new medicine on me instead of listening and providing care in a way that any doctor should. Will not be coming back or recommending her to anyone.
