Finally!
My PCP quit and her replacement told me my symptoms were old age and to come back when they get worse enough to be medicated! What about quality of life? ND's have been helping but i worry that there could be something going unnoticed. Then saw Dr Flowerday! This PCP listened carefully, not dismissing any of my health concerns and made a plan of action that makes sense- finally! I feel respected and that the system is working to keep me healthy and safe, a huge relief.

She is amazing at getting to what I need by listening to me. I've been her patient for 8 years now and would follow her if she ever left that clinic

Trying to get a call back is near impossible. Confirm what number to call and they still call the wrong number. Past 2 times my Mom, who is elderly has been sick, Flowerday was out of the office. Her coverage is poor. And trying to get a proper message across to her is nearly impossible. My Mom has been in pain for 3 days because of the poor performance of both staff and the doctor. My biggest complaint is disorganization and lack of response and accuracy of information.
