Amazing Doctor
My husband and I have gone to Dr Goodman for well over 10 years. Neither of us has ever had a doctor that was so thorough. She is compassionate, asks lots of questions and communicates thoroughly. We have moved away from her office, but continue to travel an hour to see her rather than switch physicians.

Dr. Goodman refused an in-office visit after I scheduled in-person app't. on portal, reason being I listed allergy symptoms and upset stomach. They mistook "nasal stuffiness" for Covid symptom but I emphasized that I had none of the "Covid" symptoms they listed on their own website (fever, cough, shortness of breath and loss of taste/smell) that were cause for virtual visit. I reported I had been fully vaccinated and knew my body and was certain I didn't have Covid but they advised I'd have to pay for a VIRTUAL visit for Dr. to assess me, THEN I could follow up with a REAL visit (labwork, BP checked, etc.). In virtual visit, Dr. couldn't listen to my heart, examine nose, ears, take BP, labs etc. to assess my concerns.) Didn't follow established protocols. Every patient doesn't have virtual access. It's not about patient care anymore. Way to collect extra, unnecessary payment from patient. I've been examined in office when sicker. Very disappointed and inconvenienced. ( Irresponsible!)

Marginal; Saw her for a regular check up but something unexpected came up and she was clueless on how to handle/communicate the results. I was highly unsatisfied with the level of service from the provider.
