This office has a horrible nurse Kelley). I received a bill from the lab that I did not understand and I called to get more information as to why my insurance company did not pay the bill. She began to talk over me, and I had to ask her if I could now ask a question, but she continued her attempts at talking over me. I went to Dr. Somer’s’ office with a complaint during a routine office visit and the listed complaint was submitted as the diagnosis vs symptom, But, after the lab work was completed, the lab findings did NOT support the originally submitted diagnosis. She did not even try to answer my questions or hear my concerns as so why I was being billed for a “suspected” diagnosis that the blood work did NOT even support. I will not return nor refer anyone to this office that has staff that is allowed to speak to patients in such a disrespectful & condescending manner. They definitely do NOT deserve my money or time, just because I have the audacity to question my own bill.

Dr. Somer is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. She guided me through my 1st pregnancy, was compassionate about my clinical depression and helped me get the help I needed during pregnancy. She also was very helpful postpartum and even checked in on my emotional state when I missed an appointment. The labor and delivery and follow ups were amazing experienced and she was a huge reason for that. I

Worst OB I ever met as well. I came in with a breast lump that I found. It was hard and round just like they say is "the bad kind." She did my pap, didn't even feel it so I wonder how good the scraping was. Her breast exam (even though I said you can feel the lump right here) was her poking around for a few seconds, saying "feels like normal breast tissue to me" and saying "the mammogram will find it if it's something." The office never called with my pap results. Luckily I had my other doctor on the order for the mammogram as well because when it turned out my lump needed biopsy it took her office 2 weeks to call me and tell me that but I had already scheduled it thanks to my other doctor. When it turned out to be cancer no call or follow up from Holts office. I ended up having a double mastectomy and am cancer free but no thanks to this doctor. She should learn how to do a proper breast exam in the very least.

Worst OB I have ever met. She didn’t listen to me and when she couldn’t read my ultrasound she told me I was going to have a miscarriage. She gave me two choices let it happen naturally or take a pill. I was so upset she looked at one more thing on the ultrasound n decided to schedule a follow up appointment. I went to the follow up appointment and she wasn’t there because she was also pregnant. Luckily there was a doctor who could read an ultrasound and found a strong heartbeat. After that appointment I switched Obs. I had anxiety my entire pregnancy because of her lack of compassion and ability to read an ultrasound. I delivered a healthy beautiful baby boy on Nov 1st. I am so glad god was watching over us and I got a second opinion.
