From initial visit her personally just made me feel I had the right person taking care of my needs...hole in retina. Provided clear explanation of my condition and my options. From surgery to follow ups just an awesome Dr...so blessed to have her care for my eyes...thanks.

Review from a medical professional
I’m an RN who has some retinal problems! I have NEVER worked in nor been treated in a more pleasant, inviting, patient oriented environment! Words can’t express how much they care! The staff is amazing and Dr. Holy is so professional, yet treats you like she would her best friend! I actually look forward to seeing her yearly.Wish she was a regular Ophthalmologist, but you probably wouldn’t be able to get an appt.

Wonderful staff. All question were answered. I have been seeing her over2 years for someone like me not liking to have your eyes touched. She has a relaxing way. I has recommended her to several friends and all have been happy.

I'd seen 4 eye doctors about possible MD at only 46 yrs old I was understandably worried. Dr. Holy is without doubt the best I have seen. She explained 90 percent more than any other dr had, really going into detail as she could tell I wanted to understand. She was very compassionate, highly detailed and thorough and did all the tests carefully. I really have seen a lot of eye doctors over the years and she's without doubt the best I've seen so far. I highly recommend her, for her compassion, careful attention to detail and ability to convey information clearly and thoroughly. She also seems a very nice person. And everyone in the office was friendly and professional.

I had been advised to see a retinal specialist. Three groups visit New Braunfels regularly. After research I eliminated first those doctors with no bedside manner, then rude staffs, and finally those educated pre-2000 (ie. out-of-date). Dr. Holy was left. I got an appointment in Seguin. Service was prompt, the staff was professionally cordial, and Dr. Holy was thorough, insightful, answered every question, and was ready to spend as much time with me as it took to discuss her findings.

I have been seeing her for several years. The visits always seemed a bit long, But today I arrived at 2 for a 2:30 appointment. At 4 I was still waiting. I was not told she was running late. I finally got fed up and walked out. I shall be seeking another specialist.

Dr Holy ran some test we in Seguin normally have to go to San Antonio for. She is very knowledgeable and she takes her time and does a thorough job. I would highly recommend her, you will be in great hands. I have complete confidence in her.

I changed to Dr. Holy after being treated by another retinal specialist who performed my original retinal detachment surgery. This doctor has already performed a retinal membrane peel and my vision is improving. My wife and I think the world of this doctor. She answers your questions and is willing to answer all your questions. I have seen many doctors in my sixty two years of life and I would rate here as one of the best I have ever seen. If you need a great retinal doctor, she is the one.
