Not the greatest surgeon
Dr. Lewis misinformed me of my recovery time for carpal tunnel release surgery which I found out at my first Post Op follow up appoint from a PA that recovery time is 6 weeks not 2 weeks as Dr. Lewis originally stated verbally and on my Off Work Note at time of surgery. When I messaged Dr. Lewis to reconfirm recovery time she insinuated that since 'I buy/sell guitars I do not need the full 6 weeks recovery time' which I am not sure if Dr. Lewis was in guitar sales prior to becoming a doctor that she knows the exact duties I perform on a daily basis for my job. I need both hands to package the guitars I buy/sell and also using hand tools to perform any repairs if needed on guitars I sell as well. Pretty disappointed that such a Highly Reviewed Surgeon has handled this issue so far. I definitely do not recommend her and if you do happen to get her performing your surgery, make sure a witness/nurse is present on when you ask about recovery time. Because from my experience, she will give 2

Nobody Better
Dr. Lewis has by far been the best Doctor we have EVER experienced. She performed 3 surgeries on my son so far and here we go again. She will be performing surgery on my son again. We feel so safe secure and confident knowing it is her that will be performing his surgery, knowing she is the performing surgeon keeps my son free of any nerves or anxiety. We don’t ever want to deal with anyone else. She is brilliant. She makes my son feel so important and loved and this is not common in Doctors. She has never rushed our questions or time with her. My sons surgeries have gone so well and she is so skilled that my son has never felt any added pain and honestly he has felt great really soon after each surgery. Kaiser is lucky to have such a wonderful and skilled surgeon!!!! Thank you Forever Doctor Lewis ????
