No communication on test results
I don’t know why I continue here except that an annual examination is quick and appears thorough. I’m here after my fabulous gynecologist moved out of state. My complaint lies with the fact that NO ONE calls with the results of your diagnostic tests. I have had numerous sonograms for concerning cysts and a bone density scan. No one ever called me to discuss results. My first sonogram and Pap smear in this office, her associate returned my call to tell me she needed to refer the results to Dr Schwartz. I received a phone call 4 months later telling me there was concern! When I was in perimenopause, Dr Schwartz answered a few questions and told me not to worry until I was actually in menopause. Bloodwork had some concerns and the associate called me instead of Dr Schwartz and had a tough time answering my questions. I asked for further discussion with Dr Schwartz and..I never got a call. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Dr. Sarah Schwartz is an amazing physician!! In medicine these days there are 2 types of doctors those who care and take their time with their patients and those that flagrantly rush an appointment and cash in. I will be a loyal to this practice, from the billing department to the receptionist. 100% Professional. I love Dr. Sarah Schwartz

Dr. Schwartz is wonderful. This office has a peaceful feeling as soon as you walk in the door. Sarah always puts me at ease..thrilled to be her patient.

Dr . Sarah Schwartz is about the kindest, most thorough gynecologist I have ever seen. She is always thoughtful. The office staff is wonderful and always willing to accommodate the patients if possible. I love this doctor and this office, as far as doctors are concerned.
