I took my daughter to see Dr. Stein to remove a small tag under her eye. The office is sterile and does not look like a pediatric office at all. My 6 year old daughter was scared and anxious and she was worried what that Dr. Stein would do. Dr. Stein arrived in the room with 2 other people who were observing. No on addressed my daughter with a happy kid-like approach. Dr. Stein took one look, said she would remove it and be back in a few minutes later. She put the solution on my daughters face, she cried, screamed and Dr. Stein said she was done and the tag would remove in a few days. The 3 left the room and I sat with my daughter to console her for a few more minutes. Total time in the doctors room was 12 minutes. The office charged me for a 40 min new patient consultation and a surgical procedure for a removal of "14 warts". Yes, we have insurance, but I am still left with a bill of $384. I've called several times to dispute this, its rediculous.

Rude. Unprofessional. Entitled. Would never trust my childs care to her again. Physicians like her are what ruin the profession.

We recently saw Dr. Stein for a hemangioma on my infant's scalp and I found her to be pleasant, professional, and to the point. She answered all of my questions and gave me some additional information and advice (which I appreciated). I would recommend her to anyone needing a pediatric dermatologist.
