Dr. Sarita Bajracharya, MD

Dr B has cared for both my husband and me. I find her to be patient, personable and very professional. She has an excellent ability to listen and then recommend. She is very thorough and skilled. Her staff are extremely helpful and always pleasant.

I am a huge fan of Dr Sarita! She is incredibly intelligent and very thorough in her diagnosis. The office is busy but if you are a "patient" patient, everything will be resolved. Nothing goes perfectly 100% of the time. I feel that only people with negative experiences post...I feel extremely fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

This is the rudest office I have ever dealt with. They don't return calls, they don't act on medical requests, and when you call to find out why, they tell you - THE PATIENT - to stop calling. Absolutely disgraceful, unprofessional. The doc herself is mediocre. Its upsetting that there is such a shortage of primary care providers on the Cape, that we have to settle for low quality care.

I like Dr. Bajracharya a lot. I was impressed that she took so much time with me. She asked me lots of questions, talked about different options, and was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I found her to be a personable, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring doctor. I also appreciated the staff. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful and pleasant.

Staff doesn't answer phones, doesn't do everything a required annual physical should be done. Her nurse is very rude. I would NOT recommend her!

Extremely dissatisfied with office staff. They are unresponsive to phone calls and do not take responsibility for making mistakes submitting claims with the wrong codes or not following procedures to get authorizations for tests. The result is that the patient has to spend hours trying to correct their mistakes.

Very bad experience while extremely sick. I couldn't get a call back with basic information (test results) relayed. Scheduling an appointment was unduly difficult. When I finally got one I was told that there was nothing else wrong with me beyond earlier diagnosis. They made me go into their office, while very sick, to be told that test results showed nothing else wrong. Total money-grab. They should have given this info via the phone. Staff is also incompetent regarding billing, causing stress.
