Dr. Sarita Khatri, MD

I had a deeply troubling experience with this doctor that made me switch physicians. She asked me if I used drugs, and I was honest and told her I use cannabis occasionally. Upon reviewing my medical records, I learned that Dr. Khatri indicated that I have a SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROBLEM. It was her job to perform a pap smear, not make damaging and unnecessary assertions on my personal medical record based on her own narrow minded perspective of a substance with medicinal properties. This deeply upset me and I will never return.

I've been going to Dr Khatri's office since the pandemic. The service is just ok but acceptable. But think it's time for a search for new Dr. After my recently visit and receiving text that my prescription was filled. I went to the pharmacy but was told nothing to pick up. I called the office,front desk told me I will need to talk to the Dr. & transferred me to the Dr herself. Dr offered to stay online to talk to the pharmacist or clerk without telling me she's going to charge me for them to fix what they didn't do right in the 1st place. The call lasted about 10 mins. Then they billed my insurance over 400 dollars for THAT BILLABLE PHONE VISIT. I tried contact clinic multiple times, the office said it's out of their hand, then after weeks of waiting, the billing department said it's out of their hand, go talk to manager Paurush, but no one will ever call you back. I feel like being scammed as the charge was like 2-third of an actual visit with physical exam and consultation.

Dr.Khatri is the best OB-GYN according to my opinion. She is an excellent, knowledgeable, and kind doctor. I was suffering from recurrent pregnancy loss. After my two pregnancy losses, during my third pregnancy, I was not happy with my previous gynecologist. So, I changed my gynecologist in 2020 and from a Google review, I chose Dr. Khatri. I think it was one of the best decisions that I ever made. My third pregnancy also ended up with a miscarriage. However, Dr. Khatri was a knowledgeable and experienced doctor. She immediately took action to find out the reason for my pregnancy loss. She did all possible tests to figure out, referred me to a high-risk pregnancy doctor, and hematology doctor, and accumulated all the medical data to prevent my recurrent pregnancy loss.After that, I had two more miscarriages but she was always hopeful and advised me to keep patient during the hard time in my life. I went to Dr. Khatri in March as an emergency visit. She isn't my gynecologist but needed to see one as an emergency. The staff was unfriendly. Then I was called in and they made me wait 2 hours in the examining room. Just awful service. I will never go there again. Just a horrible experience.

I don't leave reviews often, and I am always inclined towards respecting health care professionals who are operating in a very tough system. I had a pleasant enough experience with Dr. Khatri in the room, but I have never felt so milked by a medical office for money. Her office tried to schedule a telehealth appointment with a separate copay to go over test results (which were normal except for a yeast infection, which I had told her I had). This was in addition to an in-person follow up appointment the office had already scheduled for later in the month to do an ultrasound on my IUD--which no other OB/GYN has asked to do regularly, and which doctor friends confirmed is not regular practice. The reasons and charges for these add-ons were not explained upfront, and the charges pile up. I would never go back to this office. If you do go, be armed with your own knowledge and questions beforehand.

I had a 9 am appointment and arrived at 8:45 am to ensure I had enough time to complete any necessary paperwork. The office was still closed upon my arrival. The office clerk finally arrived at 9 am and let me and another patient in. I patiently waited until 9:25 and, as there was no explanation for the delay, I politely requested to reschedule. Unfortunately, the clerk seemed irritated by my request.I was eventually taken back at 9:30 am, where I encountered a pleasant doctor. The doctor's demeanor was welcoming, but the office itself appeared in need of some care and cleaning.When I inquired about my insurance coverage for an ultrasound, the office clerk was once again unhelpful, leaving me feeling like an inconvenience. Given the importance of a positive and comfortable healthcare experience, especially for female health, and considering the cost involved, I've decided to return to my original OB/GYN.

Dr. is great ! ultrasound tech is disgusting! her name is shima and her atitude sucks! she's not compassionate and she acts like as the patients are a bother and she doesn't want to do her job. she does not make patients feel welcomed and comfortable. great doctor but there needs to be a new ultrasound tech

Staff is friendly makes you feel welcome. The doctor is very nice listens to your problems she is an older doctor so she has years of experience and make you feel comfortable.

She was polite and friendly but not the most responsive to my questions and was on her phone while answering concerns! Very unprofessional. I went to her a while back and the whole appointment was rushed and she dropped a diagnosis with very little bedside manner and less explanation of what to do. I figured to give her a second chance but I’m reconsidering coming back. She prescribed a medication that left me extremely irritated and I haven’t been able to get through her. Every time I call it’s either busy tone or that she’ll call me back. I even left a message on their portal about it and all I keep getting is messages to leave them feedback. Haven’t gotten any feedback from all the tests she ran and I am in pain. Not wasting my time again.

Very unprofessional. I had an appointment on 3/9/2020 at 3:45 pm, they called my phone twice asking me if I could come in earlier when I already stated I couldn't the first time. I arrived at 3:30, did not even get seen till 4:15. After my appointment I asked the staff if I was done and if I could leave they said yes. I get a call 5 minutes later asking me to come back because they FORGOT to take blood work. I go back in and was told my blood work results will be in the next day at 12 pm. The next day comes and I call at 12:30 asking for my blood work results and they told me over the phone it takes 2 weeks for the blood work to come back, I then explained how the doctor told me it would be ready today. The receptionist and manager were very clueless and then hung up on me because they did not have an answer as to why my blood work was taking long, instead of stating that they will call the lab and find out what is happening. I am a new patient here and this will be my last time.

STAY FAR AWAY!... Where do I even begin? The office was very unkempt, the nurse was texting while she was talking to me, the nurse and doctor were talking about how one of them was EATING CHIPS in the examination room and left crumbs everywhere, the garbage was overflowing to the point where there was garbage on the floor that I had to step over, the doctor's/nurse's coats and purses were hanging INCHES from the examination bed, there were no gowns or stirrups (I had to put a tiny paper sheet over my body), and as far as the actual treatment... The doctor was abrasive, careless and not the least bit helpful. Given their utter carelessness and unhygienic office, I'm surprised the doctor even wore gloves. They should have a little more pride in what they do. I'm traumatized and won't go anywhere near that place again.

Please do not trust this doctor. I was her patient and always complained about abnormal cycles and pain. She told me I had a cyst. I changed doctors and found out I had stage 4 endometriosis. I wish I left sooner. I would never recommend her!

I chose her based on the location and availability of appointments after 6pm, I wish I had not chosen her. The staff is rude and doctor herself is insensitive, just practices defensive medicine and keeps forgetting things. For instance, they placed the wrong order for my 28wk fasting glucose test, the lab would not do my test & kept me waiting & i kept calling the office & they did not respond even doc gives rude ans. This happened 3 times, I almost fainted the last time . Do not go to this doc

I went to Dr. Khatri for a pregnancy over a year ago. I was about 3 weeks pregnant when I went to her office to see if this was a viable pregnancy. Upon examination by Dr. Khatri, she said the embryo will most likely miscarry and that i should have the embryo termintated. Luckily i decided to get a second opinion from another doctor who saw a HEARTBEAT. I have never been so much in love with life today with a happy, healthy, and beautiful baby girl. Stay away from this doctor!

She is pretty good at doing her job . I went to her new location first of all she overbooks . I got there at 5:30 and I left upset at 8pm because she over scheduled. 2 pple before me left in rage . To add to my dissastfation she or her staff did not offer any apology.

This office is extremely unprofessional. The doctor is cold, bed side manner is horrible. They gave me tests unnecessarily and will make you make another appointment just to milk your insurance. The receptionists are extremely rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. The only reason I went more than once is because they were open on Saturdays. If you have another option please go there. I never felt comfortable in this office.

Absolutely hate this place!!!! Worst gyno EVER!!!! First of all when you enter it's packed with so much people. Also when you think you gave all your information and their looking it up the entire time before you go in they aren't. I mean they made me wait over an HOUR!!! Then they expect you to come next week for something else!? They were trying to upSale me. Then they had a huge mix up with my bcp and my sister at our pharmacy not once but 3 times in 1 day! never ever go here

Absolutely horrible. I was diagnosed with something I did not have, nor asked to be tested for and was treated for something unrelated that I also didn't have. Her bedside manner was horrible and callous. On top of all this, I am being billed close to $3,000 for tests, several of which I did not ask for and the rest of which I was told would be covered by my insurance. The office will also not answer my calls regarding this. I am extremely dissatisfied.
