Such a horrendous experience from start to finish. In the end they actually came into my appointment before the doctor and said, "We had an issue getting a referral from your insurance company, because it is out of network, so what do you want to do? We can continue with the consult but it may be denied and could come back on you for payment." After I drove 30 minutes to my appointment. So many other things went wrong, but the level of unprofessionalism of this one thing was over the top. When asked why I was not notified prior to the appointment, Nikki stated that she had just gotten the denial that morning.

I normally go to Spaulding Rehab to get my injections but I was in a car accident last year and my PCP referred me to Dr. Sasa Periskic. He was so compassionate and explained my options, which I did not receive by my prior doctor. He is very kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact they do urine tests on every patient/visit, even though some may find this offensive, I find it refreshing that a physician cares and doesn't take no nonsense.

By the second treatment I was almost totally pain free!! I could stand up straight He is Very caring! He Listens to you. He is also very compassionate! I trust him totally! He does not rush you. Rich K.
