Well, just went for our first visit. Accidentally, we were in the wrong office and after realizing this and heading to the right location we were obviously about 20 minutes late. Dr gupta was anything but understanding, was extremely rude, and was more interested in receiving payment for a "missed appointment," than the reason for our visit. He refused to even look at the personalized letter our pediatrician had written to him. Needless to say, we won't be going back.
