Dr. Sayed Basel, MD

If I could, I would give absolutely no stars for Dr. Basel. He is extremely unprofessional and has no bedside manner. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my annual exam. Then when I found out I was pregnant, he explained to me that I needed to be on a blood thinner due to having a previous blood clot. I totally was fine with that if it prevented me from having another blood clot or a miscarriage. However, he asked my husband and I 3 separate times in this ONE appt, "are you sure you want to continue with this pregnancy?" A few appointments later, he told me I was his 2nd worst case/patient. I did not have any complication other than just being on that blood thinner. I left and got a new doctor after that appointment. I would literally leave every appointment I had with him crying. I am glad I switched over because I probably would have fired him during childbirth. DO NOT GO TO HIM!!

He caused more stress in my pregnancy, he told me things I did not need to know. He was so certain I was going to have another miscarriage and made me feel like I would.

Dr. Basel explained everything about my pregnancy and medical conditions very thoroughly and he answered all of my questions. He also spent plenty of time with me unlike other doctors who only see you for 6 minutes or less. Dr. Basel made me feel like he truly cared about me as a person and for my health. I definitely would recommend him and I will continue to visit his office as needed. The front and back staff are great as well and also made me feel like they cared.

First appointment they had my wife sitting in a room that they called the "Sauna" Room. It was hot had no air circulation for over 90 min, and Dr. Basel giggled about the name when he came in. He is rude, has zero tact, and has no bedside manner. So far we are on visit 2 and I have found no less than a dozen times where he has give wrong information. Every time he has asked a question and you start to answer, he will interrupt, usually about 2-3 words in, and tell you what he thinks instead.

Dr. Basel is a great dr. He is passionate about his work and I would recommend him.

I had a sergical procedure that dr Basel performed. It was extremely painful and ultimately did not work. It was a waste of time, money, and caused so much pain. I do not recommend this doctor.

I feel Dr. Basel was unqualified, rude and did not properly do the procedure. I do not recommend this clinic and do not recommend this terrible doctor.
