Rushed appointments, unnecessary procedures. Been seeing him on and off for 2 years and keeps prolonging what I need. He can answer questions about general things like diets that will help and stuff along those lines, but when it comes to diagnosing you it feels like he’s playing a guessing game and has no clue, nor does he care. He will just schedule expensive procedures then push you to the side

Cancelled my appointment at the last minute
I scheduled a Colonoscopy with Dr. Yossef and waited almost 4 months for the procedure. 3 days before the scheduled procedure his office called and said that Dr. Yosseff couldn't do the procedure and that I could wait another 4 months or have the procedure done by one of their 'associates.'

Zero communication. They rescheduled a test that i didn’t know about in the first place to a later date without communicating the info to me. I just showed up to an appointment that i had confirmed only to be told they cancelled it without calling me or anything. Horrible communication

Staff was very professional, courteous, and efficient. Scheduled office visit for same day and colonoscopy for following week. Waited less than 10 minutes to be seen at office visit and 40 minutes for colonoscopy. Saw Dr. Maycon at office visit and he answered all questions and explained everything thoroughly. Procedure suite very clean. Nurse anesthetist great. Dr. Yossef performed procedure, spoke with me before and after and again no rushing, very thorough and kind. Highly recommend.

I have had severe diarrhea for over 2 months and he still hasn't found out the cause. It took 3 days, 2 phone calls from me and a phone call from my PCP before his office calked me back. The doctor was rude to me and my husband when I went to his office for the results of biopsies.

Dr. Yossef treated my father for several years! His kindness and compassion made my father's visits pleasant and worthwhile! He always left us feeling at ease because Dr.Yossef is both knowledgeable and patient in explaining test results, future expectations and a plan to follow! I truly believe he saved my father's life and kept my father alive for many years! Our whole family appreciates him and thinks he is the best of the best!

Have been treated by Dr. Yossef since 2001, he helped me get rid of Hep C, and I have been clear since 2003. My liver failed in 2005, and The doc sent me to get hooked up with the transplant program in Cleveland. Although I was unable to get another liver, Dr Yossef has helped me regain some of my health back. I continue to see him about twice a year.

Dr Yossef nor his nurse practitioner will talk to you if you have questions or concerns. They only communicate through office staff. Poor doctor/patient communication especially with important issues to the patient.
