Dr. Schantal Polanco, MD

I recently visited Dr. Polanco, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Polanco was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all my concerns and thoroughly explain my treatment options. Her professionalism and genuine care made me feel confident and at ease. The office was clean, well-organized, and ran smoothly.

Waited 45 mins& noine bothered to say she was running late. She was polite, came across as inauthentic, unhelpful and did not keep her word she'd confer with her manager re my request & get back to me. She took the easy way out & sent me an unhelpful letter thstg we'd already discussed was unhelpful. Don't waste your precious time.

I arrived late to my appointment. Usually when late I have to reschedule, however Dr took me and went through my visit addressing my care succinctly. She was very knowledgeable and went through options for me. I felt very confident that my care while under Dr Polanco is top of her priority. I appreciate you. Thank you.

Dr. Polanco first greeted me and addressed my concerns with care and compassion. My issue was rather private but she made me feel comforted and at ease. I left feeling relieved there were people in the world that still had a level of respect and empathy. I would recommend her to my family and friends.

Rude and incompetent. Refused to look at my medical record from my past doctor and implied I was rude when I asked her to look and then refused to see me. Overly dramatic for no reason. Just plain awful.

I came to her after months of chest pain, headaches, fatigue, bruising, etc. and she was incredibly rude. She made a number of insanely rude comments during my exam, she had very basic lab work done and when something was out of range, didn't acknowledge it or suggest more testing. I had to ask for more tests and only knew what to ask for because of a friend in healthcare. She didn't offer a single thing to help after my visit. I have had multiple kids and many dr experiences and this is by far the worst I have ever had.
