Dr. Del Pozo is an amazing person. Despite obviously being very busy, she made me feel as I was the only person that mattered. She looked into my eyes and asked me questions about my health habits, and when I tried to bluff her, she somehow channeled my mother, and asked me if I wanted to try again. The stuff I thought was not important, and was going to hold back, ended up being the key to my treatment. She divined it regardless of my hesitation. Her bedside manner is like I have never experienced. She actually cares. I have never felt more listened to, or cared about/for.
