Dr. Scot Randall, DO

He always takes his time and explains everything very well.

I'm used to doctors that give zero cares about you, you're just a number. But Dr. Randall.. He's AMAZING! He listens to you and all your concerns. He's personable and doesn't treat you like you're an idiot. He gives you the time you need with him, with out rushing out. I have a whole list of issues, and he has either taken dang good care of me himself, or has referred me to specialists who have been more than kind. I absolutely love this man! CHOOSE HIM if you're looking!!

My family has used him for 15 years as our primary care physician. Loved him at first. But he has sold out. Now it takes an hour or more to be seen because he has so many patients. It went from good quality care to get ‘em in and get ‘em out. The more patients the more money. My wife and daughter are there 10 times a year. I haven’t needed to see him inn2 years but I’ve been a lot over the years. Today my eye doctor referred me to an eye specialist for an issue I’m having but he said I needed a referral from my primary care physician due to my insurance requirements. I called Dr Randall’s office with this request. I explained that the only appointment the eye specialist had was for this Thursday and the next appointment wasn’t until 2 months from now. Dr Randall’s office said they wouldn’t do the referral because I hadn’t been to their office in 2 years. So now they are holding my health needs hostage because I haven’t been there recently. Even though my family has. Disgusting!!

He is amazing at explaining what’s going on in your body Gives referrals to others if needed Great staff (Jamie) Great doctor all in all

Dr. Randall is a wonderful Doctor but he has way to many patients to maintain. He needs another Physician in the office. It takes several days to get a return call about health related issues or to hear back on a referral, the wait time is excessively long. At this time I wouldn't recommend Dr. Randall due to he has to many patients already.
