Dr. Scott Cuthbert, MD

I'm a 53 yr old female with a complicated health situation. I'm also disabled, I have C-PTSD, Anxiety amd Major Depression. Scott doesn't get it. He sort of tried after I asked him to consider the Patient Experience after a conflict with a fellow Optum DO. Sadly, he began the conversation in the context of Them vs Me. Then remarked I was defensive. He triggered the ish out of me. After affirming I felt ganged up on, he was less aggressive. In the end, I feel if you are skinny, white and have zero mental health history, his services could be sufficient.

Yesterday was my first appointment with Dr Cuthbert and it went really well. I have a lot of issues I haven’t been taking care of so there was a lot to go over. He listened to what I had to say, he explained everything to me in detail, he seemed to really care and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest. I’m new to the area and feel confident that he’ll get my medical issues under control.

Worse experience ever I have with professional health care, Do not choose him. He just want your co-pay and does not care about your health

Dr Cuthbert seemed more focused on his own efficiency during my appointment than listening to my concerns and questions as a patient. He was dismissive of each of my questions about my health, moved past any preventative screening or blood work during my well-being checkup, and contemptuous regarding my family's cancer history during my appointment. Dr Cuthbert may have the appropriate qualifications to be a medical doctor, but he would be better served in a research practice or something that does not involve seeing patients.

Terrible visit. Did not listen, judged without any questions, and made me very uncomfortable. Wrote things in my chart he did not discuss with me at all.

Friendly, knowledgeable, overall great Doctor who helps and cares about patients well being.

He is a HAES proponent and made time to address all my needs. thank you :)

This was the absolute worst doctor I have ever encountered in my life. Horrible human being who does not CARE about people. Belittled me, made me feel worse than i did when i went in, rude & disrespectful, very unprofessional. Went there for a cough and in return told me I needed counseling and would not help my cough! Made me cry. I’ve never been so upset leaving a doctors appointment in my life. Update: still have a cough!!! Would not recommend this know it all doctor to my worst enemy.

Abrupt manner and entered an incorrect diagnosis in my chart without discussing it with me first. Unacceptable-would not recommend.

Really the worst experience we've had. They gave our child a Hep A shot too soon, which invalidated the dose, so he needs another shot. He didn't get to know our son at all, and only judged him based on a form we filled out. He might be cool for some other people, but I wont be taking my child to evergreen health ever again.

My wife has been treated by Dr. Cuthbert multiple times and it has been a great experience.

Wrong diagnosis put in my visit summary causing insurance to reject medical bills related to my visit. This was after I made sure he wouldn’t put it was related to a car accident.

I rarely go in for Doctor appointments. Dr Cuthbert is not my regular Doctor, however my regular Doctor is hard to get in to. I had the same infection as my daughter.... she was seen by a different Doctor who treated her with antibiotics and she got better. I told Dr Cuthbert that I have the same symptoms and his response was that the other Doctor was wrong and that he thinks my daughter has a viral infection which means that I must have a viral infection, even though my daughter immediately felt better after taking antibiotics. Dr Cuthbert never saw my daughter and he didn't bother to test me for anything. So he tells me that if I'm still sick past the usual 10 days to just message him, and that I don't need to come in. 12 days later I have a red, swollen, sore throat with 6-7 out of 10 pain every single day. I called Dr Cuthbert multiple times and have repeatedly been ignored or blown off. I now have to go to a different Dr who actually knows what they are doing.
