Terrible staff
My visit was rushed, I will say Dr. Smith is good but Dr. Daly definitely not. The office manager actually yelled at me and my husband on the phone for simply asking if they had gotten the information from the VA to order my hearing aids. Sheila? The office manager just kept yelling WE CAN'T ORDER HEARING AIDS FOR VETERANS, which is actually not true. They don't WANT to order hearing aids for veterans because they don't make enough of a profit. Why accept va patients if you won't serve them fully? $$$ IS WHY :(

I went to Dr. Daly after slowly losing my voice over 2-3 months. I could barely speak above a whisper. He told me nothing serious was wrong, I had acid reflux, do vocal rest for one month, stop eating acidic food, and take anti acids. I asked about being able to sing again he said the problem was that I had never be classically trained and did not know how to sing properly, it had nothing to do with my throat. I decided to see another ENT to verify his diagnosis. Two separate ENT's were separately able to diagnose that I had bilateral vocal chord paralysis of my right side. Two throat injections and one surgical implant procedure later I am able to speak at a normal volume again. I don't know if it was arrogance, incompetence, or plain lack of care, but his dismissive attitude and negligently incorrect diagnosis, are what horrifies me. I cannot emphasize enough that I do not think anyone should see Dr. Daly if they are looking for correct and through diagnosis and treatment.

I have been his patient for at least 12 years and I rate him very highly on his knowledge, experience and bedside manner. Additionally, I find him to be a very charming man and his staff is fine and friendly. Note: I have fired a couple of doctors in the past.

Price Gouge 875 dollars uninsured, 475 dollars medicare for a visit where Dr. Daly couldn't tell what I had. 375 dollars for consultation, 500 dollars for Novocain up the nose. The other ENT I went to charged 120 dollars for vital check, Novocaine, steroid shot, and consultation. He didn't make a follow up appointment because he knew he overcharged for something he coudn't diagnose. He didn't come out and explain about the charges he hide back in the office. The office manager and receptionis

Let me just say that I didn’t have a problem with Dr. Daly; however, his staff is a different story. More specifically, the Surgical Coordinator and the Office Manager. Dr. Daly said he’d have the surgical coordinator give me a call to schedule a procedure. I never spoke with her until I called and she pretty said it was my responsibility to contact her. I spoke w/ the Office Manager abt my complaints & she didn’t seem like she was going to do anything about the situation. I’m not going back.

Not having known the doc nor read any reviews, I was surprised and impressed. He talked to me about my issues as if I was a first year med student, but in a way I could understand . He was very, very thorough and driven to help sure the issues. He even took time to go over risks of certain treatments. His technicians and office staff were very nice too. I highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about getting cured and educated with their ENT issues.
