Outer Ear Infection
I explained my problem of problems with my outer ear. I didn’t offer a lot of additional talk…I respect the doctors time. He was very friendly, to the point and provided two prescription that took care of the problem just as he said it would. I would recommend him for MDLIVE!

Would not recommend this Doctor and would actually advise family and friends to definitely avoid seeing this physician. He is arrogant and was extremely rude to me during a Telehealth visit. He was condescending and continued to speak over me and interrupt me. He was irritated that I was interested in using antibiotics to treat my son who has had a sinus infection for 12 days. He suggested using over the counter remedies despite the fact they were not helping and that myself and my other son responded well to antibiotics and were suffering with similar symptoms.

Excellent! He was friendly, listened to my concerns, and he didnt belittle my opinion about what I thought was going on. Everything went well. He seemed very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust his opinion. Also, everything on LiveMD was quick and easy so that was a plus.

The WORST doctor I have EVER seen in my 41 years! He was extremely rude, condescending, talker over me the ENTIRE time, told me that how little is in my bank account isn't his problem and has nothing to do with him! I was trying to EXPLAIN to him that the doctor i spoke to before him on MD Live told me I need to stay out of work for 2 weeks and that going to get a Covid test at this point wouldn't help because it would likely be false negative. He said he didn't agree with the way it was handled by the last doctor and that they are all different. So i asked if he could please release me back to work on Mondya or Tuesday because I'm not getting paid by my employer to be at home isolating. He said "NO" and that it sounds like I need a test. Duh!! I already TOLD you that the tests aren't accurate and that is what the doctor before you had told ME 4 days ago!! This doctor was TERRIBLE. I do NOT recommend this jerk with ZERO empathy!!!

Had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hacking over MdLive but he was a no show... Thought that virtual MD services might be more convenient but, as usual, little respect for the value of patient time.

Tried using MD Live for my daughter, my husband is the policy holder. App wouldn't allow me to select daughter as patient. Selected husband and made note it was for daughter. Got a call from Hacking. He was incredibly rude from the get go and wouldn't allow me to explain the situation. I get that doctors are busy- I work in healthcare. Just told me to call customer service and HUNG UP ON ME! We were on the phone for less than 2 minutes-if that! I've never been so angry!
