Dr Hall is amazing. He listens and responds to my questions never failing to ask if he has answered all of my questions or if there is anything else I want to discuss. The staff and always friendly and kind.

Ok Dr, terrible front office
Front office is awful, don’t relay messages correctly and won’t anticipate setting up a new appointment when prescription refills are needed. Replace the front office staff asap.

Dr. Hall saw my daughter who hurt her hand. She had it wrapped up and all he asked her was how her pain level was,if anything else hurt, and any questions. He never had her unwrap it to look at it. He told her that it was now in the hands of Reno Orthopedic. What a waste of time
