Scheduled appointment. Receptionist pleasant and cheerful. Office staff knowledgeable and pleasant. Minimal waiting time to see the doctor. Gets updates on my information. Updates me on bloodwork results. Updates medical records accordingly. Makes changes as necessary. Discusses changes with me as appropriate. Staff follows through as necessary. Makes next appointment before I leave, making everything easier for me. Very pleasant experience.

Dr. Howell is amazing at what he does. He’s been great with getting my dad well. 1st time seeing him is in the hospital. Great bed side manner cares for his patients.

Dr. Howell was both of my parent’s Dr. you may have to wait a while to get in but he is definitely worth it! He treated them with the utmost care and respect.

I have been going to Dr. Howell well over 10 years now. Sometimes during that time I have had longer than expected wait times but the reason is that Dr. Howell takes his time with each patient. When he is talking to you, you are his only patient. He takes his time, explains everything and listens to each concern you have about your health. My only concern about Dr. Howell is when he'll retire and I'll have to look for someone that I can get equal care from.

This office is horrible with wait times and follow-up. My dad waited 4 hours one time just to get into the room! This is unacceptable and the staff rudeness added to the terrible and exhausting experience. Good luck ever speaking to anyone on the phone when you try to call. Heaven forbid you have an emergency and want to speak with someone right away. There is no follow up whatsoever and if you call them to do the follow up they get annoyed.
