Worst customer service ever!!! These people are just hungry money making people. They take no care or interest at all in their patients. I had been going to Dr. Jaffe for approximately 10 years and decided to make his wife the receptionist/office manager who is the most rude person I have ever met in my entire life. Having been a longtime loyal patient, I continued to go anyway but it got to the point that her nastiness became unbearable. She’s fake, NOT nice, condescending, unaccommodating, and RUDE! Hopefully, Dr. Jaffe will see that this woman is going to ruin his career! There are better doctors/staff that deserve your time and money!

Uggggh!!!!
Horrible excuse for doctors office. Only interested in next appointment, never concerned about your actual health. Only 2 questions per appointment: 1. When is next appointment? They force to make next appointment before you are even seen by doctor. 2. How many pills do you want? If you take less then he recommended you are punished. This guy was a nothing more than a drug pusher with a license. I promise you no “athletes” are going here.

Rushed & Dismissed
I felt very dismissed & talked down to. When I asked a question it appeared it was unimportant. I feel the office is much more concerned about money than patients. I have great concern for someone who would go for pain management as one of the things you need is empathy. Empathy doesn’t seem to be the strong suit of this practice.

I have deliberately waited, quite some time, before leaving this review. I wish I could leave zero stars. The front desk woman comes in to the room with a blood pressure set up. My 11 year old child (who is trying to deal with my terminal illness) asks if the cuff is Latex free, “because my mom is allergic to latex.” starts yelling “get your kid to stop talking”…storms out of the room to tell the doctor…. “her kid is a brat and she’s argumentative”. Dr.Jaffe comes into the room and tells us that we have 5 minutes to leave before “my wife calls the police.” His wife??? Who’s his wife??? Why? I’m confused at this point… He proceeds to point at my child…”because of that”……THAT???!!!! That is my child is NOT a thing you can point at and blame your wife’s problems on. Talk about overreacting… STEER CLEAR OF THIS DUO. They have an overinflated ego and vision of themselves. I’m sure I’ll receive the last word, in reply form. I simply do not care. I know what occurred.

Search dr rajan sareen he will treat you like a human and listen to you. He won't let his wife treat you like trash and play along with her.. these two act like high school bullies they smell weakness and him and his evil witch of a wife will prounce. Even just on my way to this doctor they reached out to my former doctor for my records without my consent. I called to give a heads up I am running 10-15 minutes late to be interrupted and yelled at like a child "Vincent we can't be doing this if you are over 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule you". First impressions are huge and I haven't even walked in the door and this place has me looking for alternatives. Not to mention I have listed as medications I'm on alprazolam and subutex but they still wanted the door wide open just to dehumanize me even more. I cant use fake urine I have to test positive for the meds I'm prescribed. Then as i tell them I have never felt less human. The at the front desk says " youre an addict th

I had a very bad reaction to the medicine prescribed which was suboxone. Unfortunatly this happend over the weekend and i called first thing monday morning and told them what happened and that i did take as directed. I asked if i could be switched to subutex to avoid the issue with the naloxone and was told no and to just try the suboxone again. I told them that it was one of the wrost things i had ever went through and i would never put myself through that but they wouldnt budge. I was a patient with a very real concern about the med presribed and thought for sure getting something simalar wouldnt be a problem but i was wrong. Now i know that when theres issues with suboxone that using subutex for the first 3 days is normal to avoid the really not known time frame with precipatated withdrawl but i was told that its a trust issue to give me a med without the naloxone because of abuse issues. Well isnt that why i went there in the first place? For substance abuse issues

Unprofessional! This man and his wife run the company without a care for their customers / patients. They are both very rude and treated me like less than nothing. They will not respect you or treat you with civility unless it is your first time going in. Now that I remember, even on day one, the wife whom runs the front desk person was very impolite & crass. I wish I could give no stars. This is not a doctor. He doesn't listen he doesn't treat underlying issues. Will take your payment and then withhold medication. The staff was downright rude and disrespectful. This person and I say person because he is no doctor should not be treating people. If you are serious about treatment. Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor

Dr. Jaffe is a excellent doctor. Him and his wife actually care about you. They are very unique and rare to find, most doctors are just worried about getting paid but Dr. Jaffe and his wife take the time to get to know you and make sure you understand everything before you leave the office. Also a bonus they are the cheapest place around. I live in east Naples and drive all the way to Bonita because of there prices and how great they are. I would recommend anyone to go here.
