Dr. Jones and his staff are fantastic!

Everyone from the front desk to the Doctor is great.

I began going to Dr. Jones approximately 3 years ago. In my 70 years I have never been more pleased with my PCP than I have with Dr. Jones. He has always been a very good listener, understanding, very competent and patient with me as a patient. He has always talked with me concerning my issues and concerns with direct answers and well thought out solutions. His staff is both very professional, and a joy to deal with. Sounds kind of weird but I look forward to my appointments. I would recommend Dr. Jones and staff to everyone.

Respectful Careing Place!

Never got to get an appointment because of the rude staff member who answered the phone. I called the lady answered extremely nice. Then I asked her if they were taking new patients and she became extremely rude. She treated me as though I was a drug attic. You can ask any of my previous Drs. They will all tell you when they want to give controlled substancces to me I ask them for something else less strong. In fact the Dr I chose wanted to give me a control substance and I ask them for something else. I would have made an appointment because I would rather not use control substances but that woman is extremely rude I had to hang up. Dr. you lost a patient and its all because you have a rude person answering your phone.

I have been seeing doctor Jones for over 13 years and will continue seeing him and his team. Doctor Jones is a highly efficient and knowledgeable doctor, he always quickly diagnosed my issue and gave a right treatment. His office staff are very nice and friendly. Recently joined Doctor Vidal is also a very knowledgeable and kind doctor, he gave me a right treatment that dramatically improved my chronic headaches that has bothered me for years. Thank you everybody in Jones's Family care!!!

I am a 68 year old male who has been a patient of Dr. Jones since he took over the practice from Dr. Wallace. I have found Dr. Jones a brilliant diagnostic physician who uses an array of resources to quickly diagnose a health issue. Then he takes the time to explain in detail the issue along with the pros and cons of various treatments. If I had a very challenging health situation he would be the first person I would contact. His front and back office staff are great and have resolved administrative issues quickly and objectively. I highly recommend this practice.

From the minute you walk into Dr. Jones office you are treated with respect. From the friendly front office to the caring back office to the compassion and concern from Dr. Jones. Heather, the office manager is funny, caring and extremely accommodating to make each patient feel like a friend and at ease. George, the PT is great, knowledgeable, friendly and so kind. Then there is Dr. Jones. I have been a patient of his for fourteen years. He truly is the best. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he’s caring and very direct. He makes each patient feel at ease and treats them with nothing but respect. He tells you exactly what is wrong. He does not push pills or tests unless absolutely necessary. He is thorough and if he can’t diagnosis you he will send you to get whatever test will diagnosis your problem or send you to a specialist. I would truly recommend Dr Jones to anyone who wants quality health care

I have been a patient of Dr. Jone's for about 11 years now. I have never in my life been so disrepected by a healthcare professional in my life. Heather the office manager is a rude unprofessional nasty women, as well as her son who feels the need to belittle and talk down to patients. I'm blown away and disgusted by the way they yelled and treated me on the phone when I called to make an appointment because I'm not well. The whole thing was blown out of proportion. I will never go back!

He has been my doctor for years. He is very thorough and explains everything to you. I am lucky to have him as my doctor. His staff is top notch also. I would recommend him to anyone.

Seemed more interested in the money. Most of the visit consisted of me looking at his back while he typed into his laptop. Once told me that I really never had a heart attack a week after a cardiologist put Two stents in me. If you go to hom be prepared to have to come back for a follow up. Money.
