I was disappointed after the required second surgery there was little communication about what was going on, I was not staying the night than told after surgery I was which didn't allow me to pack a overnight bag. We never spoke until a week after as I was frowned upon destroying a human ligament that I was unaware that was put in me because it was destroyed in a week. Communication of the project with good details is always a critical piece in success for any project manager.
