Dr. Karlan is a true mensch. He gave my niece and I all the time we needed. He answered every question. Even though the situation is scary, Dr. Karlan's calm and knowledgeable manner made me feel safe and taken care of.

This was not my first experience with Dr Karlan. I accompanied a friend to see him in 2016. Also In 2020 my daughter-in-law saw him (we listened In from the car because It was COVID time). Nothing has changed since then; he is still an excellent doctor: thorough, extremely bright (explains things in layman's terms), humble, and so easy to communicate with. My surgery is upcoming and I have no worries or concerns because I know I'm in good hands. If he can't help me, I know no one else can.
