Dr. Scott Kozak, MD

For about 7 years, I've had my annual check-ups with Dr. Kozak as my primary doctor. Not only is he a great guy who is out there doing good work for charitable causes and helping others locally through medicine, but he's been partially responsible for my eating better, and exercising regularly. He looked me in the eye in my first check-up with him and said the words, 'You're done with that' when I mentioned that I ate at fast food restaurants a few times per week. AND then as if hypnotized, I was done with it from there on. This is a good man, with a great bedside manner, and I'll continue going to him as long as he'll have me.

Dr. Kozak is a competent and caring old school doctor. I couldn't be happier.

He is easy to speak with and very eager to provide the necessary care to make you well, including any recommendations of specialist in situations that warrant it. Dr. Kozak and staff are excellent providers for family health needs.

Dr. Kozac has been my GP for 10 years and I visit his office on a monthly basis. His office demonstrates a level of professionalism, kindness, and attention that is second-to-none in the area. His process is seamless and wait times are reasonable. He takes a no-nonsense approach to care and wellness, is skillful, knows when to refer to specialists, and is easy to talk to—being both direct and respectful—a balance that is difficult to strike in any profession.
