Saw Dr. Martin for a telehealth appointment. He rudely asked a few questions, pulled the phone away from his face, and said “then go to the ER.” Then, he ended the call and that was that. What a sorry excuse for a doctor and probably human being. Will be filing complaints accordingly. Absolutely pathetic behavior.

He did not listen to the problem at hand and wanted to do a a full medical history check and lecture me about elementary biological functions. Very condescending, doesn’t care about the patients’ issues, and is incompetent when writing prescriptions.

He's an entitled DO
Telehealth
First off, I am a PA. I use Dr on Demand for my kids sometimes since we live remotely and the closest urgent care is 45 min away. He lectured me for 30 minutes about how he can't evaluate my son's ear. I told him I'm a PA and looked at it with my otoscope and that it was definitely infected. He didn't care about that, said I should buy one that can take pictures. He questioned me when I told him I didn't know if my son had a headache because he's two.. he said ' well if you know he has ear pain how can he not tell you about a headache' He then proceeded to tell me about the human anatomy as if I had no idea... again I am a PA so this is stuff I know. He lectured me and then at the end told me he would write an antibiotic but then he didn't and I had to call customer service to get that script through.

Lacks Focus
Telehealth
I reached this Dr through Dr On Demand. He doesn't listen and he wants to act as if he's your PCP instead of focusing on the problem at hand. He tries to pressure you about other aspects of your health. A visit that should have taken five minutes stretched to half an hour. Very frustrating. I would not accept an appointment with him again.

Rude and Insensitive
This doctor has so sense of mannerisms and does not know how to build rapport. I had a visit via Doctors on Demand and he was curt and rude. He spoke to me in a condescending manner and cut me off while speaking. He seemed to have an attitude the whole time and had snippy answers. I would NEVER want to be connected with him again.

Went through Dr. on Demand. Dr. Martin was very thorough with the questions he asked. He accessed my situation and gave me following up instructions if the RX doesn't work. He listened to me and provided the answers I needed. He also made sure that all of my questions were answered before we ended the telemed conference.

This physician would not let me finish any of my sentences. He continued to interrupt me despite asking him multiple times to allow me to finish my sentence. He did not even have an accurate understanding of what I was trying to convey. I cut the visit off entirely after about the 4th time that he talked over me.
