Unfriendly and Incompetent Staff
Dr. Mueller himself was a friendly, knowledgeable doctor. His staff, however, are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I witnessed them rolling their eyes and huffing at patients, they lose faxes, do not follow through with promised tasks regarding my care and treatment. They do not answer the telephone and it often would take 3 days to get a returned call. The waiting room is small and outdated. Often, staff children are running up and down hallways. It is not uncommon to have a two hour plus wait time to see the doctor. Do NOT RECOMMEND this provider.

I highly recomend Dr.Mueller. Even after relocating and loosing my insurance coverage, I continue to see Dr.Mueller. He is not only your Doctor, he is your friend. He really cares about you and will take the time to listen and treat you. His staff is also superb. No matter where I go I will always stay with Dr.Mueller because such a great Doctor, is hard to find.
