This place is the worst!! Especially the the front desk lady who was very rude to me at my son’s appointment trying to call me a liar that I did not pay for the (smile plan) when I clearly did and have the PROOF OF PAYMENT WITH A RECEIPT THEY GAVE ME! This place is so unprofessional and unorganized! I’m also not happy with this dentist he’s seen my son since November 2020 and said my son needed fillings and a baby root canal since that time I’ve been giving appts and the doctor had canceled them a few times! I went in March 2021 he did the fillings was given an appointment a month an half later. My son was seen in April the dentist now says he has an infection and needs antibiotics why would he wait so long to see my son if he knew there was an infection! He doesn’t explain what’s going on well also not friendly to my child. I would never recommended this dental office to anyone!

Front office staff seemed annoyed at me having my other children with me for appointment. Hygienist were both wonderful. Very sweet and informative and kind to my children. But I was not in the room for either cleaning or evaluation, not could I see my children (8 y/o and 10 y/o) during their cleaning or dentist eval. They came out and called the kids amd said they would take them for X-rays and then call me back but never did. Dentist did not even speak to me at all about one of my children’s visit. Had high hopes to be happy at this practice, as I visited once before for my two younger children and once for myself, and seemed to go okay. Will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

To start, there was a family in the waiting room that consisted of a mother and three children. Two out of the three children were not wearing a mask and were definitely over the age of two. The room that we were brought into for the exam was small cramped and dingy. My daughter is four years old and she was already scared to be in a new environment and at a dentist. Instead of trying to be friendly or make the visit calming for her they pushed her down while she was crying to look in her mouth. I'm not sure that the doctor looked for more than 30 seconds and didn't seem to have any interest in discussing her dental care with me, her mother. I canceled our further appointments there and will be looking for a new dentist.

My son was having pain in a tooth and called on a Friday and the office was able to put me in that Monday . This was our first time in the office in a while and it looks great and child friendly. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Peters was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.
