Dr. Rankin is the best. He is very thorough explain everything so that you understand. My favorite Doctor hands down!!! He is very busy and if he said he is going to call you back you can believe it. Dr. Rankin will call and talk to you on a Sunday. So grateful for Dr. Rankin. You often get doctors that just want to talk fast get mad when you have a question but not Dr. Rankin. He cares and that's rare with doctors these days. Trust you will not regret it.

Long time patient of Dr. Rankin (my whole family sees him). He is the most thorough doctor and although the wait time can be long, it is well worth it to receive his comprehensive care.

Love the doctor, dislike the staff the front deck lady is rude. The lady at the front desk should really be replaced. As for Dr. Rankin he's awesome and very thorough.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rankin's for several years. He's always professional, courteous, and respectful. Although the wait time can be lengthy, it is well worth it. Once you are in his office you can understand the reason for the wait. He treats each patient as if you are his only priority. He never rushes through an appointment. He is extremely thorough and follows up each visit with a phone call to review any lab work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Terrible!!! The staff and doctor where very rude and nasty to me. I have been waiting a whole WEEK to get cleared by Dr. Rankin to go back to work and he has been aware of this for 2 weeks I finally spoke to the doctor and he was nasty to me. Talking over me on the phone and telling to tone down my voice, and that I was rude to his staff which was a big lie. I never cursed or disrespected anyone. I will never go back to this doctor and I recommend to anyone else not to go here very rude nasty people.

Dr. Rankin listens as his patients explain their symptoms. Dr. Rankin prescribes treatment as necessary. Dr. Rankin is very thorough with all patients from a cold to a serious condition. Dr. Rankins personality and expertise is well worth the wait.

I was very pleased with my encounter. Doctor was very thorough and detailed. I especially liked the fact that he wanted to make sure I was absolutely fine before leaving the office, and the time spent surpassed any appointment I have ever had.
