Dr. Scott Raub, DO

I’m 58 and have never had back problems….I tried everything before seeing a doctor and I’m so glad I chose Vail Summitt! Dr Raub and his nurse Darcy were incredible.They both were very attentive and efficient which these days may be rare unfortunately.I really don’t usually do reviews but this was a great experience in an uncomfortable situation with my back.

Dr. Raub spent time with me and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and testing process. Went over X-ray and MRIs in a process a layperson can understand. I will be returning and recommend.

He is a terrific provider. I feel great comfort with his diagnoses

Dr. Raub and his team are very personable, listened as I explained my symptoms and thoroughly explained their findings & next steps. Office staff are also pleasant and helpful. It was my first visit and I am very pleased with how it went, our course of action and next steps. Insurance and business details were communicated prior to my appointment and follow up visits are progressing in a similar efficient manner. I feel like Dr. Raub communicated his findings professionally, simply and in a non condescending manner. He also listened to my questions and did not make me feel like he had to quickly leave to see other patients, even though the office was busy.

I went for a consultation. I am a retired healthcare professional and have gone to Vail Ortho for years. All the staff are experienced experts and I trust their diagnoses. Dr. Raub’s exam was thorough, he asked questions, and he explained things well. I did not feel rushed. Virtually no waiting time for appointment. Kelly-front desk- and all the staff were great.

Excellent doctor/patient rapport. Very open about treatment possibilities.

Dr Raub went over my MRI with me in depth. Listened to my full history of the past six months of pain and what I have done with PT and alternative medicine and had great bedside manner with me. He took time to explain what he thought the pain was coming from. I am very pleased with his diagnosis. I have been to several people that have scared me into thinking it could be more serious and I slept well last night for the second time in 6 months. He came highly recommended. And I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dr Raub has no bedside manner. He was impatient and rude. I would not recommend this doctor.

Doctor I was polite for the most part. Due to the circumstances of my injury my injuries and pains were taken very lightly, not only by dr Raub but aslo two other docters from there edwards office. By the time I was taken seriously I had lost my insurance and was no longer able to get care. If they would have responded in real time I would be in less pain now. It is my opinion that they are great doctors when they want to be.
