Roos to be extremely knowledgeable and helpfull. He actually spent over an hour with me and was very thorough. It was very patient with me and took his time looking through my history. He even found I needed something that my specialist missed. I was very impressed with the time he allowed to spend with me. So glad to have gone to him.

Professional but not easy to talk with...
This was based on my initial meeting with Dr Roos. I thought he caring and took the time to talk to me about all of my questions. I am sure like any person bad days happen and not everyone is always perfect, but I thought he was a very good primary care Dr.

Questionable Judgment
I wish I could, but I cant. Why you ask? Well, I rarely get sick so that last time I saw them was over 5 years ago. So, when I called about some throat issues I had they said I was not considered a patient and would have to go through the new patient process. I was a little upset, but understood and so asked for that, but they said they could not do that because I was sick, but I could go to the hospital and after that I could become a patient. So, explain this logic to me. You only go to the doctors office when your sick, but they wont see me when I am sick. So, why would I ever use their services? I told them I will just let this run its course and that I will never be a patient their again, under any circumstances. Good Job.

I like Dr. Roos. I’m used to a doctor taking more time with me, but I think short visits are now the norm. Pretty thorough, although I caught one problem myself looking at test results.

Excellent Dr, been going there for years. He listens and doesn't quickly jump to conclusions and usher you out the door as some Physicians do.

Dr Roos is always very warm and kind to me. He sends genuinely concerned about my health. I had a couple incidents when the staff was a little ruin but generally that isn’t the case. He’s very conservative about writing prescriptions, and I don’t always completely agree, but I trust his opinion. He has practiced medicine well as far as I’m concerned. I have been a patient since early 2018 and see him roughly 4x a year.

I don’t know where or how to start this review. He was rude, cold, disconcerted, told me he didn’t have time for me and couldn’t help me. However, I returned because he came highly recommended. Ive been seeing him for almost 1 year and at my last appointment I decided I would not return. His bedside manner is disgusting and I left in tears!

All in all, very good. Dr Roos is easy to talk to and s good listener. He is usually behind schedule but I think that has to do with him not rushing his time with patients.

Does NOT listen, is not proactive in treating patients. He gave the impression that he was not interested in my health concerns and was always to busy to be bothered.

This was my first visit with Dr. Roos. I was very nervous due to anxiety about my health. I found Dr. Roos to be extremely kind and easy to talk to. He was very friendly and put me at complete ease. He talked to me a long time and explained everything. He cheerfully answered my many questions. Both of my daughters are going to make appts. with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good Dr.
